About Lette
I've been boxing for about 4 years total! It's something I picked up after I got bored of your typical exercises/workouts; and might I add I found out that it comes pretty natural to me as well! Eventually I went on to become a personal trainer that specializes in boxing fitness!
I love training those that are eager to learn the sport and want to introduce a new fitness hobby into their lives! My goal is to meet YOUR GOAL! Let's have some fun & crush some calories!

Lette is excellent!! She taught me different techniques in boxing and went over with me until I got it correct.Now because of her Im stronger and feel more confident with my boxing workouts!!
