About Michelle
The services that I offer comes from the heart. When you blend the academics with the passion, you get a genuine yet powerful person who wants others to operate at their highest potential.
I transitioned from a radiology instructor to professional and personal development in 2012. I have worked 1 on 1 with clients and also presented at corporations such as Deloitte, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson and Johnson, DaVita Dialysis, SAP Technologies along with other colleges, businesses and churches.
My core topics include Stress Management, Leadership, Time Management, Teamwork and Vision. With my group or individual coaching the areas are Finding Your Bounce Back: Being Resilient , Stress Management and Vision.
I also am a certified CPR instructor through the American Heart Association. I have been an instructor for over 10 years.
My ultimate goal is to Build People for a Purpose! So if you are an organization, church, business or individual, I can help you go from point A to point B.
I enjoy empowering and helping people understand that their circumstances or past doesn’t define who they are or their future. Situations can cause someone to become stressed and then they won’t operate at their highest potential. My heart loves when the light bulb goes off and I see clients overcome and WIN!!!
I started teaching in a radiography program, then transitioned and used my acquired skills to help others succeed.
I attended Bloomsburg University did clinical at Lankenau Hospital. Was in the healthcare field for over 40 years. Of thise 30 years, 10 were spent teaching adult students in a radiiology program. I also became certified in stress management which is needed in the corporate and private sectors. I have facilitated trainings at Deloitte, Johnson and Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, SAP technologies along with other colleges and organizations. Im also a published author and co-author of 4 books.

We do a general call to first see if we are a good match to work together. This is an important step because in order to see real results and change takes time. I suggest a 3 month coaching commitment. The first session is an Exploratory session in which we both ask questions and define what the end result is. There is homework assigned and sessions are recorded and then emailed to the client.
Women starting businesses; wives and women who are stressed; organizations
Along with the education, make sure the teacher has passion.
A Wives workshop I facilitated where women opened up about the stressors in their lives and how we can create a harmonious home and more.
