About Erik
Hello my name is Erik Laseke I played college baseball and was an all American middle infielder. I hit 506 at a powerhouse Juco college I was drafted by the Boston Red Sox and played for 5 seasons in the minor leagues. I also played in Canada 6 years where I won batting titles and was the MVP 3 years. I’m also the inventor of The Instructo Swing Batting tee Endorsed by Ken Griffey Jr .I’m dedicated to helping develop baseball and softball players. I’m easy to work with and I have been training players for over35 years. I have trained many players that have gone on to college or professional baseball. I trained a number of 1st round draft picks like (Josh Naylor , Noah Naylor) Seattle Mariners and Cleveland Guardians also other top round draft picks. I train all levels and enjoy training young players. I have a new location in Fairfield, Ohio on pleasant Avenue behind Carpet-Discounters . This new location is reachable from the westside of Cincinnati to the Eastside.
I started training players for one of the best baseball schools in the early 90’s Doyle Baseball School there I was a level 1 Instructor.
I played college baseball and professional baseball. I have been Instructing 35 years all levels. I also coached elite players and young players. I was the assistant coach of The Ontario Blue Jays elite travel team Toronto Canada.

The first step before the actual training is to be evaluated to get a better understanding of each player that would like to do lessons.
I work with young kids all the way up to the big leauges.
Look for a coach that has played professionally and has coached all levels and talent. This will give a young player the confidence that the coach or Instructor will help develop him. I would also say this trainer should have passion to help develop his students.
