About Joshua
I have been teaching ASL to high school students for 5 years. I have a YouTube page. Type in my name: Josh Sherk.
I enjoy engaging with clients over ASL and the ability to talk about anything.
It was my goal to be a teacher since I was in high school. I realized I enjoyed helping the teacher out and getting my classmates to do their work easier with my guidance.
I have a master's degree in Deaf education. I have been teaching for 10+ years. I am in my second year of teaching ASL to high school students.

I personalize the learning by asking what they want at the end and we achieve it step by step, dialogue by dialogue until students are satisfied.
I have worked in wide-ranging K-12 positions including mainstream schools, Deaf school, and itinerant positions.
