About Roxanne
We have made 17 off bway plays, which I wrote and directed. Also 2 films which are in the festival circuit as we speak. I also wrote and directed both. I am an experienced, well trained professional. Writer/Director/Dancer/Singer/Film evaluator and licensed film Critic. The Arts are my life. I have had many students over many years. Lately, I hold classes at The Producers Club in Manhattan. Love teaching and watching the student grow every week in his/her understanding of this phenomenal Art form called Acting!!

They must learn the basics first. Then, we both can decide which method works best for them. They will learn to get in touch with all their emotions, so they can bring them to the surface when necessary. They must learn all about themselves before dwelling into any character. As an instructor, the TRUTH of a character must come through. Acting is all about the truth and honesty of your character. All Actors must dig deeply into their souls to bring life to any character. I'm a strong director which maks me an excellent teaching. Each student is treated differently because they are all individuals. I will know how to work with them after I have them read dialogue and answer several questions.
