About Shannon
I am an experienced special education teacher with a strong background in elementary education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I have worked with students with a wide range of learning needs and ability levels, and I understand that every student learns differently. My goal is to create a patient, positive, and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I break skills into manageable steps, provide encouragement, and adapt lessons to each student’s individual learning style. I want every student I tutor to build confidence, strengthen their skills, and feel proud of their progress.
