Hello! I’m Juliana Bianca A. Bautista, a passionate and dedicated tutor with a strong background in Psychology. Currently, I’m a 3rd-year Bachelor of Science in Psychology student, which has equipped me with deep insights into how people learn and process information. As a tutor, my goal is to create an engaging and supportive learning environment tailored to each student's unique needs. I employ a student-centered approach, which means I focus on the individual learning styles and pace of my students. My teaching methodology includes a mix of interactive activities, real-life examples, and critical thinking exercises to help students not just memorize information but truly understand and apply what they've learned.
Typical Lesson Structure:
A typical lesson lasts around 60 minutes. During this time, we begin with a brief review of previous material to ensure retention and understanding. Then, we move into the day’s topic, where I introduce new concepts using visual aids, discussions, and practical examples. The lesson usually ends with a short recap and a Q&A session to address any questions or concerns.
Qualifications and Experience:
I am currently a 3rd-year Bachelor of Science in Psychology student, which gives me a strong foundation in understanding cognitive and learning processes. Additionally, I have experience working as a graphic designer, which helps me incorporate creative techniques into my teaching. Although I'm relatively new to formal tutoring, my academic background and passion for education make me a dedicated and effective tutor.
