About Shweta
Hello, I’m Shweta, an IT professional with 15 years of industry experience, including extensive experience in Agile, Scrum, project delivery, and working with cross-functional teams.
Throughout my career, I have worked with professionals from different backgrounds and have learned that effective teaching is not just about explaining a concept—it is about making the learner comfortable enough to ask questions, experiment, and build confidence.
My teaching style is practical, patient, and easy to understand. I use real-world examples and workplace scenarios to explain concepts and encourage students to connect what they learn with practical situations.
I can help students and professionals learn topics related to **Agile & Scrum, Product Management, AI fundamentals, and IT industry practices**, depending on their learning goals and experience level.
Whether you are a beginner exploring the IT industry, a student looking to understand practical concepts, or a working professional wanting to develop new skills, I will adapt my teaching approach to your needs.
My goal is simple: **to make learning practical, understandable, and useful for your academic or career journey.**
I look forward to learning and growing with you!

My Teaching Approach
My teaching approach is practical, interactive, and focused on helping learners understand concepts rather than simply memorizing them. I connect theoretical knowledge with real-world examples and encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and apply what they learn.
Teaching Techniques and Methods
* Explain concepts in simple and easy-to-understand language.
* Use real-world examples, case studies, and practical scenarios.
* Break complex topics into smaller, manageable concepts.
* Encourage questions, discussions, and active participation.
* Use demonstrations, exercises, and problem-solving activities wherever appropriate.
* Adapt the pace and teaching style according to the learner's understanding and experience.
* Provide practical guidance and feedback to help learners improve.
Usual Structure of a Class
A typical class begins with a brief introduction or recap of the previous topic. I then explain the new concept with examples, followed by an interactive discussion or practical activity. I encourage learners to apply the concept themselves and end the session with a summary, questions, and key takeaways.
What Makes Me Different as a Teacher
My professional experience in the IT industry allows me to bring real workplace examples into my teaching. I focus not only on *what* a concept means, but also on *how and when* it is used in real situations.
I am patient and approachable, and I believe that every learner has a different pace and learning style. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where learners feel confident asking questions and learning from mistakes.
Who My Classes Are For
My classes are suitable for:
School students till 7th class
I aim to make every session practical, engaging, and relevant to the learner's career or academic goals.
