About ARPITA
Hello Students,
I am a passionate educator and teacher trainer with experience in teaching, academic guidance, and innovative classroom practices. I strongly believe that education should not only help students achieve good marks but also build confidence, creativity, curiosity, and strong understanding.
Over the years, I have worked closely with students, teachers, and schools in different educational activities, trainings, and learning programs. My areas of knowledge include primary education, child-centered learning, Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), Environmental Studies, language learning, educational research, classroom activities, and creative teaching methodologies.
I enjoy making learning simple, interesting, and interactive for students. I use practical examples, storytelling, activities, visual learning techniques, discussions, and creative Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs) so that students can understand concepts easily and remember them for a long time.
Apart from teaching school subjects, I also guide students in improving:
• Reading and writing skills
• Communication and confidence
• Creative thinking and problem-solving
• Conceptual understanding
• Learning through activities and joyful methods

My classes are designed to make learning simple, interactive, creative, and enjoyable for every student. I believe that every child learns differently, so I use child-centered and activity-based teaching methods instead of only textbook learning. My aim is not just to help students score marks, but to build confidence, understanding, creativity, and love for learning.
What makes my classes different is the personal attention and friendly learning environment I provide. I focus on understanding each student’s strengths and difficulties and then teach according to their learning pace. I use innovative methodologies such as storytelling, activity-based learning, real-life examples, visual learning, discussion methods, games, flashcards, TLMs (Teaching Learning Materials), and interactive question-answer sessions to make concepts easy and memorable.
For young learners, I especially focus on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) skills through joyful learning activities. I also guide students in improving reading, writing, speaking, comprehension, and problem-solving skills in a simple and stress-free way.
As an experienced educator and teacher trainer, I encourage students to ask questions freely and participate actively during classes. My sessions are engaging, supportive, and motivating so that students never feel afraid of learning difficult topics.
