I am coming to the end of phd in English literature, which I have supported for the past three years with teaching work across the university of Birmingham and Coventry university, within the college of arts and law and academic writing departments. My years of experience teaching seminars and one-to-ones within UK higher education (the university of Birmingham and Coventry university) has equipped me with the skill-set to help students become comfortable and confident writers! Whilst I have discipline specific experience within the field of English literature, I can help you work towards great academic style and argument cross-discipline.
I pride myself on my open, accessible, and adaptable style of teaching. Working closely from each student’s needs, from accurate grammatical sentence construction to the pushing further the nuance of argument, I aims to engage students in their personal education journey, aiding them to become better writers and more adept critical thinkers.
I am in the final year of a Phd in English literature (the University of Birmingham), and have received a distinction at MA (literature and culture) and a 1st at BA (joint honours English literature and philosophy), both from the University of Birmingham.
