About DeeLight
My yoga journey started in 2015 when I first travelled to India in search of healing, purpose and balance. Practising and studying yoga have given me all these. Since then, I have qualified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Foundations of Yoga Therapy and Trauma-informed Yoga. I have been teaching group classes, privates and led workshops online and across London since 2018.

I particularly find meaning in working one-to-one or with smaller groups as I can focus on and address individual needs and pace. Yoga is for everybody but every body is different. I have gathered a wealth of knowledge through multiple trainings, work experience and my own practice and together with my strong ability to instinctively understand others' needs make a wholesome and empathic yoga guide, a guide into your own mind, body and breath.
