About Arwa
I am currently studying Materials Science and Engineering at Imperial College London and have over three years of experience tutoring students in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Having recently completed GCSEs and A-levels myself, I understand the challenges students face and the techniques that help them succeed.
I am passionate about science and mathematics and enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into simple, understandable ideas. I believe that every student benefits from having someone who can support them throughout their studies, whether that means working through challenging exam questions, tackling topics that seem overwhelming, or simply providing encouragement and guidance when confidence is low.
My aim is not only to help students achieve excellent grades, but also to make them feel more comfortable and confident in their abilities. I take a patient, supportive and encouraging approach, tailoring lessons to each student's individual learning style. Alongside subject tutoring, I also provide ESAT preparation and guidance on university applications and personal statements for competitive STEM courses.

I am a Materials Science and Engineering student at Imperial College London with over 3 years of tutoring experience. I teach Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology to students from GCSE to A-Level, tailoring each lesson to the individual student's needs, strengths and goals.
My teaching style focuses on building a strong understanding of fundamental concepts before applying them to exam-style questions. I help students develop effective problem-solving techniques, improve exam confidence and achieve their academic potential. Lessons are interactive, structured and adapted to each student's learning pace.
I also offer ESAT preparation and personal statement support for students applying to competitive university courses. Typical lessons are 60–90 minutes long and can be conducted online or in person. Whether you are aiming to improve your grades, prepare for exams or strengthen your understanding of challenging topics, I will provide personalised guidance and support throughout your learning journey.
