About Jules
Hi, I’m Jules. I’m a certified Hatha & Vinyasa (200hr) and Yin (60hr) yoga teacher based in the Wellington region, New Zealand. I began studying yoga to connect with people, share my passion, and support others in their wellness journey. Yoga has been a transformative part of my own life, helping me manage stress and find balance. I love witnessing the many benefits it brings to others, as well as experiencing them myself.

Since 2020, I’ve been teaching yoga across a wide range of settings — community classes, retreats, gyms, yoga studios, and private sessions from home. My priority as a yoga teacher is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore what yoga means for you, within your own personal practice.
Rather than striving or pushing to be perfect, my classes invite you to slow down, observe, and practice acceptance. I design each lesson to support you holistically, so the benefits of your practice extend into your everyday life.
No previous experience or level of flexibility is required — only an open and curious mind. I’m happy to guide you wherever you are on your yoga journey.
Classes run for 60–90 minutes and are always tailored to your individual needs. Private sessions or small group classes are both available. All my classes can be customised with a focus on Recovery from injuries, breath work, running, rock climbing, surfing and whatever you need.
