About Monica
I have been in the education field since 1993. I have taught a variety of age groups from 8 year olds to 70 year olds. I was a school teacher until 2005 when I moved into the field of adult education.
I have specialised as a Business English Facilitator since 2007. I have taught Business English to large groups of students and one-on-one.

My teaching method is to find out what the needs of a student are, then assist through discovery and guidance. I believe in learning by doing. I allow my students to explore options and gently guide them in the right direction. I have heaps of patience and don't mind explaining the same thing over in many different ways.
