I am an experienced professional with a background in leadership and operations, combined with lived experience of ADHD. I know first-hand the challenges that come with focus, organisation, and confidence, and I use that understanding to support others. Drawing on lived experience, I have a unique ability to translate the challenges and 'superpowers' of ADHD to give practical support, structure, and encouragement for adults looking to improve focus, balance, and confidence. I use simple tools, lived experience, and flexible coaching methods that adapt to your needs rather than a one-size-fits-all plan. Sessions usually last 60 minutes and can be tailored for people who want ongoing guidance or short-term support around goals, routines, or challenges with ADHD. I focus on creating a safe, relaxed space where you can talk openly (to someone who actually gets it) and leave with clear steps to try in your daily life. These are best for adults who are pre-diagnosis, recently diagnosed or wondering whether they or a family or friend may be experiencing challenges.
