About Michelle

I'm a neuroscience and psychology graduate, qualified teacher and neurodiversity coach with over 10 years of experience in education and supporting learners with diverse needs.

My academic background includes postgraduate degrees in Neuroscience and Clinical Neuropsychology & Cognitive Neuroscience, and my professional experience spans teaching, academic mentoring, inclusion and individualised learning support.

I'm particularly passionate about understanding how different brains work and helping people recognise their strengths, navigate challenges and develop strategies that genuinely suit them.

I believe there's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to learning, productivity or personal development. My coaching style is collaborative, practical and grounded in psychological and neuroscientific understanding, but also warm, relaxed and occasionally a little unconventional!

Above all, I want the people I work with to feel understood, respected and empowered to develop their own ways of doing things, rather than feeling pressured to fit someone else's expectations.

I offer personalised, neurodiversity-affirming coaching for adults and students who want to develop their executive functioning, academic skills and everyday confidence.

Drawing on my background in neuroscience, psychology and education, I combine evidence-informed strategies with a practical, collaborative approach to help you navigate challenges with organisation, planning, procrastination, time management and task initiation.

Whether you're navigating ADHD, autism, academic demands or simply finding that traditional productivity strategies don't work for you, we'll explore your individual strengths and challenges to develop sustainable strategies that work *with* your brain, rather than against it.

My approach is supportive, non-judgemental and focused on building confidence, independence and practical skills you can use in everyday life.
