About Rachel
I am currently a tutor at Explore Learning, which demonstrates my good tutoring skills and my ability to communicate effectively with people of all ages. I attained 6 grade 8/9’s at GCSE, and in particular for French, I attained a grade 9 (with almost 100% in the entire GCSE) and I am currently predicted an A at A-level. Having achieved such high grades and having tutoring experience, it is certain that I will be able to give you the best tips and advice in order to strive and achieve the best grades that you can, as well as making you become immersed in French and further, the French culture.

My teaching method is that I first try to see what you know/understand and what you don’t know/understand and ensure I fill in those gaps. I also try to increase your knowledge beyond the curriculum through articles, videos etc and relate it back to topics within your curriculum. I can tutor pupils from as young as primary school to GCSE/AS and I can tailor my lessons to adapt to your level. I specialise mainly in GCSE/preparing for GCSE but I am able to tutor all levels up to AS. I make the lessons as enjoyable and fun as possible with majority of the lesson in French in order to get you immersed in the French language and get used to it as much as possible!
