I am a passionate yoga instructor in communities, athletic clubs and public schools. Being an engineer and entrepreneur, sitting in the chair for longer time have caused lot of negative impacts on my spine, knees and shoulders. Creating the yoga practice for my needs and for the nature of my body, I have gained exemplary results and this is reason why I want to share this as an investment to your health and wellness!

I teach sustainable yoga where the practise is more dynamic and driven to create more deep connection within your body and my mindfulness technique are taught using different breathing techniques.
KIDS YOGA: I teach for kids in their own playful language where yoga is integrated with their school syllabus. I teach for couples to strengthen their bonding and sharing their support in terms of partner yoga.
FAMILY/COMMUNITY YOGA: Enjoy this one-hour of fun and playful recreational family bonding yoga to awaken the inner child in all. Family yoga helps parents in adapting the art of play while they are juggling with many responsibilities. Yoga and mindfulness together as a family helps children and parents understands the importance to no-technology time and enhances concentration, willpower, mental clarity, determination and sensor acuity by practicing different breathing technique.
CORPORATE YOGA:
Corporate Yoga is an investment in well being of workers that have evidenced immense comes back on reduced absence, increased immunity, cut back health care cost and increased productivity. This one-hour yoga is practiced to assist cut back stress and increase body stability. Sitting in a chair for an extended time
