First I will ask some questions for evaluating the students that helps me the status of my students
If they are good at basics then I will go to the topic directly and explains in a way that students will understand I encourage them to ask questions
I will make them think on the topic and need to understand that topic by giving examples and simple tasks
If they don't know the basics I will start with basics only those consepts that are needed for his further studies and without taking much time I will make sure that they will understand those
and then i will jump into subject or topics
My final goal will be my students should not be machines that will mug up and reproduce instead they must be in a position where they can explain the things they have learnt with there understanding
