I am a drum tutor with 16 years of experience and master's of Music Education. I began teaching during my college years and quickly found passion in helping students learn. My lessons are structured, clear, and encouraging. I focus on building strong foundations in rhythm and technique. Students learn stick control, timing, and proper posture. Students receive guidance on structured practice routines, milestone tracking, and goal-setting to ensure steady progress.
My teaching environment is supportive, positive, and motivating, encouraging learners to experiment and develop their own style. Lessons emphasise listening skills, musical awareness, and ensemble communication to help students play confidently with others. Students gradually develop technical mastery, coordination, rhythmic independence, and expressive ability. Milestones are celebrated to maintain motivation and reinforce achievement.
