About Sreekanth
I am an AI/ML Engineer with a strong academic background in Mathematics and Machine Learning. I completed my BS-MS in Mathematics from IISER Bhopal and my M.Tech in Machine Learning and Computing from IIST.
I have always been deeply interested in academia, research and understanding subjects from first principles. In the long term, I hope to pursue a research-oriented academic career, and teaching is something I genuinely want to develop alongside that journey.
For me, teaching is not just about helping someone solve a particular question. I enjoy breaking difficult ideas into simpler pieces, building intuition, discussing why something works, and helping students develop the confidence to reason independently.
My academic training in mathematics and my professional work in AI/ML allow me to connect theoretical concepts with practical applications. Through tutoring, I hope to share what I have learned while also becoming a better teacher, communicator and researcher.

My teaching approach is concept-first and problem-oriented. I focus on helping students understand why a method works rather than simply memorising formulas, definitions or code.
For Mathematics and Statistics, I build intuition first, then move to formal reasoning, worked examples and progressively harder problems. For Python, Machine Learning and AI, I combine theory with practical implementation so that students understand both the mathematics and how the ideas are actually used.
