I integrate elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and gentle yoga styles depending on what suits you best. From stress relief and mindfulness to physical rehabilitation and energy building, the sessions are tailored to help you meet your wellness goals. Classes are typically 45 to 60 minutes and include guided asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and a short relaxation or meditation segment. Whether you're practising online from home or in a small group, my approach ensures a safe, encouraging, and non-judgmental space. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to connect with your body and breath. Whether your goal is fitness, healing, or calmness, I’m here to guide you gently and effectively on your yoga journey.
