About Laura

Hi, I'm Laura, I'm 27 years old and I've been practicing yoga for a few years. In 2022 I went to a yoga school in India to do my 200h yoga teacher training in the yoga capital of Rishikesh. I've learned a great deal and I'm constantly educating myself - because, as we know, you're never done. :) Yoga just gives me a lot and I would like to pass on all this knowledge and the wonderful practice that has so many benefits to you.
