My name is Diana, and I am very honored and happy to be able to teach kundalini yoga .
My kundalini journey began in October 2019 when I tried a class for the first time, and it was love at first sight ( or try ) for me.
I was never a yoga person before , but something in that first practice just blew me away and , for the first time in my life I knew that not only I found what I love to practice , but that I want to teach that too. It was like , I don’t know what is it but I am gonna teach it. Didn’t know why I had to do that but I simply followed my heart and I knew that was true ️.
My journey with kundalini is beautiful, because of it I met many wonderful like minded people , was able to improve my physical body and also learn a lot about myself and become a better version of myself, and last , but not least, I was able to cure my autoimmune disorder I had for the last 10 years.
And now I get to do what I love to do , I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga at the yoga factory for the last year and I am looking forward to meet you and share this beautiful practice with you .

Kundalini Yoga also called Yoga of Awareness and Transformation and is the sacred practice, science and technology that works on the energy channels. It safely awakens the kundalini energy that is stored at the base of the spine and once it’s awakened , inner and outer transformations happens. It builds strength and resilience, lowers your blood pressure and heart rate, enhances your memory and focus, builds metabolism and digestive system, develops intuition ,controls and reduces stress, strengthens nervous system, enhances creativity, increases oxygen and blood flow, spiritual awakening.
The practice is more specific than other types of yoga , it consists of kriyas ( specific set of exercises ), that generate and transform energy and deliver you to a specific energetic state, the state of awareness .
Kundalini yoga incorporates movements, dynamic breathing techniques , meditation and mantras . All that brings balance to your body, mind and soul.
