About Tyrone

Having trained for one thing and ended up loving another, I focus on explaining Yoga to people who assumed they could not do it. My teaching stems from an E-RYT 200 foundation with 1000+ teaching hours, emphasizing how to think about Yoga when I am not there. I help students navigate beginner safe inversions, hip openers, Hatha fundamentals, backbend progressions, and posture correction for desk workers.

Revisiting movements deliberately allows for spacing, which is what makes the practice stick for those told early on that this was not for them. You will find that my approach remains steady and concept first, prioritizing sustainable movement patterns that serve you for the long term.

About the class

Stepping onto the mat, the space often feels quiet yet entirely intentional as we explore the 7.0 system of alignment. Since I hold an E-RYT 200 credential and possess 1000+ teaching hours, I frame these sessions around how you can manage your own mobility.

These 8 components of practice function as a sequence rather than just a series of poses. Because we focus on internal mechanics, you gain a sense of autonomy that lasts well beyond the hour.

Breath serves as our primary guide throughout the session, anchoring the work in a way that feels calm. Clear instructions prevent confusion while we refine specific postures that support your desk bound lifestyle. Sustainability matters here, so we avoid rushing through transitions in favor of finding real stability in every single shape. Progress builds slowly but surely through this deliberate repetition.
