Step One:

Step Two:
When is this meditation for?
Decide when this meditation would be useful.
Examples:
- Before/ After work
- Early morning
- Evening
- No specific time
Step Three:
Purpose.
Describe what you want to focus on and detail this as much as possible so I may cater for your request.
Examples:
- Is there something you want to let go of?
- Do you only want a story meditation?
- Is this meditation for winding down after a long day?
- Is this meditation for more than one person (e.g: you and partner or you and child to listen to)?
- Is the meditation centred around nurturing your inner child?
- Do you want a specific mantra?
- Do you want to focus on mindfulness or grounding?
- Chakras - specific or all
Step Four:
Style.
- Do you want to focus more on breathwork?
- Do you want more or fewer words?
- Choose an accent (South African, American, British, South African)
- Do you want humming (chanting "om")?
