About Mansi
Namaste, I am a dedicated Yoga and Meditation teacher passionate about helping people discover inner peace, balance, and strength. With years of consistent practice and teaching, I have guided many students on their journey toward stress relief, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
My teaching is inspired by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji and his vision of a stress-free and violence-free society. I believe yoga is not just about postures—it is a complete way of living that unites the body, mind, and spirit. In my sessions, I focus on breath awareness, relaxation techniques, guided meditation, and gentle yet powerful yoga practices that are suitable for all levels.
I have worked with people from different walks of life—students, professionals, mothers, and seniors—helping them manage stress, improve flexibility, enhance focus, and experience a calmer state of mind. Seeing my students transform and bring positive changes into their daily lives is my greatest reward as a teacher.
Alongside teaching, I love spending time in nature, reading spiritual texts, and exploring creative expressions like writing and painting. These passions keep me grounded and add depth to my classes.

In my yoga and meditation sessions, I create a safe, welcoming, and uplifting space where students of all levels can learn, grow, and reconnect with themselves. My classes are thoughtfully designed to balance physical movement, breath awareness, and mindfulness, ensuring that each session nourishes both body and mind.
I begin with gentle warm-ups and breathing techniques (pranayama) to prepare the body and calm the mind. This is followed by yoga postures (asanas) that focus on flexibility, strength, balance, and ease of movement. I guide each posture step by step, offering modifications where needed so that every student feels comfortable and confident, whether they are a beginner or more advanced practitioner.
Meditation and relaxation are at the heart of my teaching. Each session includes guided meditation, deep relaxation techniques, and sometimes simple mindfulness practices that students can carry into their daily lives. My approach is holistic—helping students release stress, improve concentration, boost energy levels, and develop a lasting sense of inner calm.
What makes my classes unique is the integration of yogic wisdom with practical life applications. I ensure my students don’t just practice yoga on the mat but also learn how to bring awareness, balance, and joy into their everyday routines.

Mansi is great! If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she’s great to start with in a private session. She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. I live in FRANCE and having Skype classes with Mansi is like a trip to India️ I love how methodical she is, every move is so smooth, so well explained, they flow. It’s not like doing a set of yoga postures, it’s the whole one-hour process! She’s very patient and careful: I’ve never hurt myself, but I feel how I’m getting stronger and more flexible. And this after two months of classes, one class a week (I cannot unfortunately have more...). We also do breathing exercices and the relaxation at the end is SO relaxing, I sometimes fall asleep lol. Thank you so much, Mansi, for your passion and expertise!
