About Esme
I have over 8 years of experience as a singing tutor and hold an Associate of Music in Contemporary Vocal Techniques. I love teaching young children and early teens, using creative and playful methods to make learning fun. My lessons focus on building stage presence and confidence, especially for school plays and talent shows. I use games, movement, and storytelling to teach important skills like pitch, rhythm, and vocal basics. These activities keep students engaged and excited about singing. I have a special passion for folk songs, Disney songs, and musicals, all of which are perfect for young voices and age-appropriate technique. My approach centers on building confidence and strong listening skills. I believe music should be joyful, so I create a safe and welcoming space for every student. Helping kids find joy in music-making is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. Whether a child is shy or outgoing, I support them with patience and encouragement.
