About Cara
I’m a piano tutor with 2 years of experience mentoring advanced jazz students preparing for programs like Berklee and Juilliard. I earned a DMA in Piano Performance and am passionate about unlocking students’ creative and technical potential. Lessons focus on improvisation, jazz theory, repertoire, and expressive performance.
We work on chord extensions, scales, reharmonization, and rhythmic complexity. I guide students through jazz standards, contemporary works, and original compositions.
