About Shilpi
Hello! I am a professional mathematics and hindi educator with over 5 years of dedicated teaching experience, specializing in guiding school children from primary levels up to Grade 10th
My journey into teaching actually began at home, where I personally guided my own daughter through her school years. Helping her overcome academic hurdles and succeed gave me a deep, firsthand understanding of how children learn, what triggers math anxiety, and how parents feel. This personal experience inspired me to step into professional tutoring to help other children unlock their full potential.
Over the past 5 years, I have successfully trained numerous students across various school boards. I pride myself on being exceptionally patient, encouraging, and adaptive. I know that no two children learn at the same pace. Whether your child needs to master foundational basics, overcome a fear of numbers, or score top marks in their Grade 10 board exams, I tailor my classes to ensure they feel confident, supported, and truly understand the 'why' behind every mathematical concept."

I focus on building a growth mindset. I create a safe space where making mistakes is treated as a learning step, which helps anxious students regain their confidence and improve their school performance. Children hate math because they fear numbers but I try to make it fun for them and make them play with numbers.
