About Samantha

I wasn't the best math student in middle school or high school. (Very persuasive I know) But I understand the frustration that comes with looking at an equation and feeling like you're looking at an abstract painting! It wasn't until I got to college that I started applying real-life context to the problems, that I was able to start having fun with it. After graduating with my business management and economics degrees, I started working for a transportation logistics company as a data analyst. I'm continuing my work for this company as well as preparing for graduate school.

A lesson will usually start with applying the problem to a real-life example. We can work through the problem and establish why we use certain patterns or formulas to solve it. Finally, there will be a series of practice problems afterward.

These lessons are for middle school or high school students learning geometry, algebra, or calculus.
