About Aynur
My name is Aynur. I’ve done acrobatic dance since the age of 18, participated in various competitions, became a finalist at the Russian Championship in 2013 and a semi-finalist in 2014 in acrobatic dancing, and participated in competitions with my contemporary team.
I used to work specifically with dancers, gymnasts, that want to learn splits and become more flexible. But in 2017 I got an injury because of having hypermobile knees.
I began to study anatomy, biomechanics, figure out why we do certain exercises, and began working individually with different people and their health problems.
You can come to my online classes if you can’t run/jump/you have hyperlordosis, arthrosis, arthritis, or if your health is great and you just want to work on specific skills (splits, backbends, etc.).
My education:Dance hero academy — 2014;Topstretching certification in stretching and aerostretching — 2014;PRO Movement «Functional approach in fitness training» —2022;PRO Movement «Functional anatomy for fitness-trainers» —2023;Healmo Academy «Health in ballet» —2023Several courses, including stretching course with Jennie Morton (Performing arts medicine specialist), Sugarfoot therapy master classes, Acro arts master classes.
I'm also a Polestar Pilates student at the moment.
