I am a chemistry student with enthusiasm with my subject which I wish to share. I take pleasure in simplifying complex problems by identifying their underlying causes and applying my knowledge to find solutions. I empathize with the anxiety that can accompany facing entirely new and seemingly nonsensical concepts. When introducing new concepts, my approach prioritizes a deep understanding of the material, ensuring that students can apply their knowledge effectively, which will facillitates easier memorisation. After my students have fully understood the concepts, I would encourage them to start using the correct terminologies if applicable. Furthermore, I go beyond the specified curriculum, providing my students with a broader perspective that enables them to see the bigger picture and equips them with alternative problem-solving approaches. At the beginning of each lesson, I provide a brief quiz on the knowledge my students previously acquired. This quiz serves to verify their ability to apply these concepts correctly.
