About Sam
Hi, my name is Sam and I have been learning French since year 9, obtaining a 9 at GCSE and an A at A level. I love film and photography. Last year I wrote and directed a short film in French based on the 60s French film movement "la nouvelle vague" which won an award for "political film". In the future I aim to use this tutoring to gain experience so that I can become a teacher in the future. I am kind, open-minded and hardworking., with a huge passion for learning about other cultures and languages.

This will happen through an exploration of French culture, looking at French politics, history, music, art, film etc. I believe that delving deep into the culture of a country is the best way to learn and become an expert in that language.
