About Tania
I’m a 700-hour RYT–certified yoga and movement coach based in San Diego, with 5+ years of global teaching experience across India, Dubai, and the U.S.
I currently deliver corporate wellness sessions through EXOS and have independently conducted corporate events for IREI and at the Google office, focusing on stress relief, mobility, posture, and strength for professionals.

My lessons are designed to be accessible, structured, and results-oriented, supporting a wide range of students—from complete beginners to working professionals, as well as prenatal and postnatal clients.
Each session blends yoga, mobility, functional strength, and breathwork to help reduce stress, improve posture, increase flexibility, and build sustainable strength. I pay close attention to alignment, safety, and individual needs, ensuring that movements are adapted based on experience level, energy, and physical condition.
For corporate professionals and desk workers, sessions focus on posture correction, mobility, stress management, and recovery from long hours of sitting.
For beginners, lessons are taught step-by-step with clear guidance and a supportive pace.
For prenatal and postnatal clients, classes are gentle, mindful, and tailored to support the body safely through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Lessons are available online and in person (San Diego) and can be customized as 1:1 sessions or small-group classes. My goal is to help you move with confidence, feel stronger in your body, and carry the benefits of practice into everyday life.
