I use my process to Demonstrate, Practice and Review math questions. I feel that I can better guide tutees by their learning speed can get them to understand the question math method. By working together tutees can achieve their goal to solve their math problem themselves. My process can guide them to raise their self-esteem and realize that they can and " Do Like Math " , instead of not liking math. Tutee must be willing to work together for achievement.
