I very much enjoyed helping Ali with learning how to use his Mac. He is a very friendly and courteous guy who listened well. He clearly has great knowledge on Windows pcs and so I found he picked up the Mac 'way' of doing things when I likened each approach with the windows equivalent. He is great to teach and I hope to teach him in the future again.
