About Martina
I am an adept of Kundalini Yoga since I met it 8 years ago. After a month of practicing it I felt its healing power and when the moment came, I began to teach it. I am teaching all the groups: children, adults, pregnant, elderly, disabled. It is the Yoga that transforms your personality and brings your innate inner power to the world to show your best version! I have Hatha yoga training and now I am doing the official formation of Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini yoga is taught from the base of postures, breathings and meditations and gradually progresses increasing the times and difficulty of the exercises.
