Effective tutoring achieved through performing tasks such as (but not limited to) having timetables set prior to classes in such a way that before answers to subject related questions or assistance is given, I ensure that the understands the entire section of work, laying a foundation for future correspondence of work to be built on. Associating daily thing to the work so it’s easy for one to understand. I run the sessions in a very agile manner. Also changing the approach to ensure all learning styles are accommodated. At time session may be solely dedicated to past paper, if a specific topic is needed, or at times hosting games related to the section of work.
