I am Lydia, a dedicated yoga instructor from China, where I’ve spent six years deepening my knowledge and practice of yoga. Drawing on my background in Daoist philosophy and traditional Chinese herbal medicine (TCM), I bring a holistic approach that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. My journey has led me to discover how blending mindful movement, breathwork, and Daoist energy principles can foster profound healing and self-empowerment. We conclude each session with a calming meditation or relaxation practice, allowing you to integrate the benefits of movement and breath into a deeper state of tranquility. By tailoring every class to your individual goals and current condition, I aim to help you dissolve limiting beliefs, release tension, and reconnect with a profound sense of balance.
