Chemistry PhD based in Sheffield. Graduated in 2017 from the University of Sheffield with a PhD in Physical Chemistry, spent the following year working as a Postdoctoral Researcher.

I worked with Prea during my PhD in the University of Sheffield. During this time, Prea has supervised several master students during their final year research projects. She also taught physical chemistry laboratory sessions. Prea is a very knowledgeable chemist, who can explain complex theories using different approaches depending on the person she’s speaking with. She is able to break up complex ideas into simpler ones and guide people to a better understanding of the subject. She is a very helpful, patient and responsible person, who values feedback and aims to constantly improve her professional performance.
