About Jenna

I am currently a MSc student at the 2nd best university in the world. I know that studying can be very difficult with the correct support. That is why I got into tutoring when I first entered my A-levels.

I spent the past year teaching high-school Chemistry in China where I learnt a lot about what works best for teenagers in the classroom.

I have extensive experience with many students and I have always tried my best to leave a positive impression on each student. My previous students have all graduated with very high grades and are now studying at high levels at university.

In my spare time, I like to watch and play football. I also like to play video games and I love to cook!

About the class

My teaching methodology is to prioritise the student above all else. I understand how difficult these subjects can be to grasp, so patience and understanding on both sides are very important.

I design my lessons for each student individually to ensure that they are getting the most out of each lesson.

I generally teach 13-18 year olds and they respond very well to my calm, communicative and succinct teaching methodology.

In my classes, I will ensure that you are not only learning, but also having fun whilst doing it.

Jenna is such an incredible teacher and I'm sure that if you have lessons with her you will understand how great of a tutor she is. She has a very patient demeanour and she is so good at explaining difficult concepts (which there are a lot of in science) in an easier way for students to grasp. I tried a lot of tutors until I found Jenna and she has definitely been the best and most accommodating one by far.

Jenna has been such a good tutor for me personally. She has a very nice, calm and patient teaching style where she prioritises my needs. I think she is definitely the best tutor I've had. She makes my learning fun and sometimes I want to continue learning outside of the specification just because she makes it so interesting!

Jenna has been an excellent tutor for many years and it is clear from her teaching methods that she knows exactly what the student needs. I started off as a student with no confidence, but I just graduated with an A* in A level Chemistry because of her guidance and support! She is an excellent teacher and I am sure you will enjoy her lessons
