About Simi
My name is Sarrvin and I have been tutoring for more than 7 years now. I graduated with a 1st Class Masters in Chemical Engineering and I currently work as a process engineer working towards Chartership.
I have always been passionate about teaching and I find it an incredibly rewarding experience. I recently completed a TEFL course so I can teach English to students who are looking for learn English as a foreign language.
I have been tutoring a wide variety of students for many years, primarily students looking to learn Maths, Chemistry and Biology for GCSE and A Level. Due to the success achieved by my students, parents have asked me if I can teach other subjects such as Economics and English Language and Literature and I have been teaching these subjects too for many years now.
I also have been teaching university students who seek help with their Maths and Chemistry. Whilst I was studying at university, I mentored many students as part of the university mentorship helping them achieve 2:1 and 1st class degree classifications.

I tailor my lessons to my students needs so that they get the most out of our lessons. I strive to create a postitive learning environment to ensure students are comfortable and enjoy our lessons.
Students will have access to a personalised Google Drive folder containing action plans, class materials, homework, feedback and learning evaluations.
I strongly believe that feedback is a critical aspect of learning. This is why I will be making notes about our lesson. This will allow me to monitor our progress and develop strategies to help you achieve your goals.
