Chef De Partie, tutoring students to learn Culinary Basics and Various Cuisines.

I have known Lanvin since I started training under him. I have always been honoured to work with him and gain the knowledge that came my way. He has a great sense of cooking, patience and self control. He is the person who has knowledge and skills about what he cooks. I also took classes from him for plating food and it was excellent. I strongly recommend him for the students who want to learn new skills and knowledge about food.

I Know Lanvin from his days as when he was working as a Chef De Partie at Taj Palace Hotel we met thru a Common Friend. I Write for a Food Magazine on Food Safety and would Refer to him for Good Practices in his work place.
Lanvin was a good mentor to young and upcoming Culinary Students and I have seen him many times Showing ample patience while explaining and clarifying their doubts till it was understood. A perfect talent to become a teacher.
