Hello, I’m Jerome, and I’m delighted to be your Healthy Cooking Tutor.
I bring many years of experience as a chef, hospitality trainer, and culinary mentor, and I’ve had the privilege of working across restaurants, catering, and fast-casual brands both in Australia and internationally. My background allows me to teach healthy cooking in a way that is practical, achievable, and grounded in real kitchen experience.
My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and easy to follow. I focus on simple techniques, fresh ingredients, and healthier ways to prepare food without compromising on flavor.
