La conocí como mi vecina y supe que daba clases de Yoga. Le pedí que me diera clases y empecé a tomar Yoga con ella. Es una maestra muy paciente, te explica muy bien todos los ejercicios y corrige las posturas si las estás haciendo mal. Transmite mucha paz y ayuda a sentirte en equilibrio y a relajarte realmente.
Fantásticas las clases. Te ayudan a relajar la musculación, descansar mejor y bajar los niveles estrés!!. Super recomendadas
