I’m a certified yoga teacher (250h Yoga Alliance) with over five years of dedicated personal practice and teaching experience. I offer online yoga classes in English, Russian, and Czech, working with students from different backgrounds and experience levels. My approach to yoga is calm, conscious, and body-aware. I create a safe and welcoming space where you can truly listen to your body, move with respect, and feel supported — both physically and emotionally. I don’t treat yoga as just a workout. For me, yoga is a lifestyle and a practical tool for stress reduction, emotional balance, and long-term well-being. Each class is thoughtfully structured, combining mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, so you leave the session feeling grounded, clear, and more connected to yourself. Whether you’re looking for softness, recovery, strength, or emotional reset — I guide you with attention, care, and respect for your individual needs.
