With a strong background in teaching and guiding, I bring both empathy and knowledge to every class. Everything is designed with you in mind – I’ll transform my experience to support your unique journey. We finish with a peaceful shavasana, soothing yoga nidra, or a gentle massage, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and in tune with yourself.
