About Clare
Hi! I’m Clare — an Irish yoga teacher living in Da Nang, Vietnam. I’m a certified 500-hour teacher with over a decade of experience in education and hundreds of hours teaching yoga in-person and online. My classes are creative, breath-led, and always tailored to meet you where you’re at. I live by the beach with my husband and our 19-month-old daughter, and when I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me in nature — hiking, camping, or chasing the sun. Yoga has helped me stay grounded through motherhood, big life changes, and everything in between. I bring that same sense of calm and connection into my classes, creating a space where you can slow down, move with intention, and rebuild that beautiful connection with your body.

My Approach as a Yoga Teacher
As a certified 500-hour yoga teacher with over 13 years of experience in education, I bring a warm, encouraging, and deeply intuitive approach to each class. My teaching blends traditional yogic philosophy with creative sequencing, somatic awareness, and breath-led movement.
I specialize in Vinyasa, Restorative, and mindful flow, often incorporating themes or energetic focuses to help students connect more deeply with themselves—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
What to Expect in a Typical Lesson
Each session is tailored to your body, energy, and goals. A typical class includes:
A grounding breath or mindfulness practice
Gentle warm-up and mobility work
A progressive flow (creative Vinyasa or calming Restorative, depending on the class)
Time for stillness or integration (breathwork, meditation, or rest)
Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning after time away, or an experienced practitioner looking to refine your practice, I offer modifications, creative cues, and optional journaling prompts to help deepen your experience.
