I’m a certified 200-hour yoga teacher offering beginner-friendly Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Flow and Ashtanga sessions for women.

My classes focus on improving mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, body awareness and overall wellbeing. Whether you are completely new to yoga or want to build a consistent practice, I’ll guide you step by step at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is not to make you perform difficult poses. It is to help you understand your body, move with confidence and develop a sustainable yoga practice.
